Monday, October 3rd-Sunday October 8th -Flyer delivery to local businesses, churches, preschools, organizations, etc. 

Sun day, October 30th-Let us borrow 5 tables from your school, church, etc.  You will get them back at pick-up on 11/06.  THIS IS A PRETTY EASY WAY TO VOLUNTEER IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO TABLES!

Sunday, October 30th-Sale set-up.  This shift requires some light lifting and it helps if you are tall! 

Monday, October 31st-Decor and consignor check-in

Tuesday, November 1st-Consignor check-in

Wednesday, November 2nd-Consignor check-in

Thursday, November 3rd-Consignor check-ins and Presale

Friday, November 4th-Public sale.  The 9 am-1 pm shift for opening day is our busiest time and the time we need the most volunteers!

***FOR ONE WEEK ONLY, from 10/16-10/22, I will give DOUBLE volunteering credit if you register for this 9 am-1 pm shift on 11/4.  That's credit for 2 shifts, even though you only work one.  For consignors, this will bump your percentage to 65%.

*Volunteers should not plan on checking in their consignor items during their work shift. Please sign-up for a drop-off shift NOT during your work shifts. Thanks!

If you cannot fulfill your commitment for your shift, please find a replacement. If a volunteer does not show up for their shift for a reason other than an EMERGENCY, and the offense is repeated, they will not be allowed to volunteer at future events. Volunteering is so important to the success of the events.
